🍽️ Low-Carb-Pizzas à la Caprese

Ingredients
- Zucchini 2 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Ground beef 600 g
- Herbs of Provence, dried 1 tsp
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 2 tbsp
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Vine tomatoes 4 pcs
- Mozzarella 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 3. Cut off the hard ends of the zucchini.
- 4. Grate the zucchini flesh coarsely.
- 5. Squeeze the grated zucchini with your hands to remove excess water.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove.
- 7. Finely chop the garlic.
- 8. Wash the basilica under running water.
- 9. Shake the basil dry.
- 10. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 11. Chop the basilica leaves coarsely.
- 12. Place the chopped garlic in a large bowl.
- 13. Add the squeezed zucchini to the bowl.
- 14. Add the minced meat to the bowl.
- 15. Sprinkle half of the Herbs de Provence over the mixture.
- 16. Add half of the chopped basilica leaves.
- 17. Crack the eggs into the bowl.
- 18. Add the flour to the bowl.
- 19. Season the mixture with salt.
- 20. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 21. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 22. Shape two round pizza bases from the mixture.
- 23. Ensure the bases are about one centimeter thick.
- 24. Place the pizza bases on a baking sheet.
- 25. Bake the pizza bases for about five minutes.
- 26. Wash the tomatoes while doing this.
- 27. Remove the hard core from the tomatoes.
- 28. Slice the tomatoes into thin slices.
- 29. Slice the mozzarella.
- 30. Take the pizza bases out of the oven.
- 31. Set the oven temperature to 220 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 32. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the pizza bases.
- 33. Place the mozzarella slices on the tomatoes.
- 34. Season the pizzas generously with salt.
- 35. Season the pizzas generously with pepper.
- 36. Bake the pizzas for about eight minutes.
- 37. Take the finished pizzas out of the oven.
- 38. Plate the pizzas.
- 39. Sprinkle the remaining basilica over the pizzas.
- 40. Serve the low-carb pizzas à la Caprese.
