🍕 Low-Carb-Pizza with Mushrooms and Arugula

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- ground beef 600 g
- eggs 2 pc.
- wheat flour, Type 405 2 tbsp.
- pepper, black ground pinch
- tomatoes, chopped 400 g
- salt pinch
- sugar pinch
- mushrooms, white 400 g
- oil 1 tbsp.
- parmesan 20 g
- olive oil 1 tbsp.
- balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp.
- arugula 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 3. Mix the minced meat, garlic, eggs, and flour thoroughly in a bowl.
- 4. Season the meat mixture with pepper.
- 5. Shape the mixture on a baking sheet into two round pizza bases with a diameter of about 15 to 20 centimeters.
- 6. Bake the pizza bases for about 5 minutes.
- 7. Mix the chunky tomatoes with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar in another bowl.
- 8. Take the pizza bases out of the oven.
- 9. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the pizza bases.
- 10. Clean the bowl you used for the tomatoes.
- 11. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel if necessary.
- 12. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- 13. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- 14. Fry the mushroom slices for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 15. Distribute the fried mushrooms over the pizzas.
- 16. Grate the Parmesan finely.
- 17. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the pizzas.
- 18. Bake the pizzas for about 7 to 8 minutes in the oven.
- 19. Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the cleaned bowl.
- 20. Season the dressing with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 21. Wash the arugula.
- 22. Dry the arugula.
- 23. Toss the arugula with the dressing.
- 24. Take the pizzas out of the oven.
- 25. Plate the pizzas.
- 26. Serve the salad in small bowls alongside.
- 27. Enjoy the low-carb pizzas with mushrooms and arugula.
