  2. 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Mix the minced meat, garlic, eggs, and flour thoroughly in a bowl.
  4. 4. Season the meat mixture with pepper.
  5. 5. Shape the mixture on a baking sheet into two round pizza bases with a diameter of about 15 to 20 centimeters.
  6. 6. Bake the pizza bases for about 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Mix the chunky tomatoes with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar in another bowl.
  8. 8. Take the pizza bases out of the oven.
  9. 9. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the pizza bases.
  10. 10. Clean the bowl you used for the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel if necessary.
  12. 12. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
  13. 13. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  14. 14. Fry the mushroom slices for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  15. 15. Distribute the fried mushrooms over the pizzas.
  16. 16. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the pizzas.
  18. 18. Bake the pizzas for about 7 to 8 minutes in the oven.
