  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Put cream cheese, eggs, cornstarch, and turmeric into a tall container.
  3. 3. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender until smooth.
  4. 4. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
  5. 5. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and add them to the mixture.
  6. 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  7. 7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the tray.
  8. 8. Bake the mixture in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Take the tray out of the oven and turn the baked sheet onto a board.
  10. 10. Carefully peel the baking paper off the sheet.
  11. 11. Wash the tomatoes and slice them thinly.
  12. 12. Break off the head lettuce leaves from the core and wash them.
  13. 13. Divide the baked sheet into two halves.
  14. 14. Top each half with lettuce leaves, cooked ham, and tomato slices.
  15. 15. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Fold the sheets together to form the wraps.
  17. 17. Cut each wrap into four equal pieces.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the wraps with cress.
  19. 19. Serve the wraps immediately.
