🥗 Low-Carb Cottage Cheese Wraps with Ham and Salad

Ingredients
- Cottage cheese, grainy 600 g
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Cornstarch 2 tbsp
- Turmeric, ground 1 tsp
- Thyme, fresh 10 g
- Beef tomatoes 2 pcs
- Head lettuce 0.5 pcs
- Cooked ham 6 slices
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cress bed 1 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Put cream cheese, eggs, cornstarch, and turmeric into a tall container.
- 3. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender until smooth.
- 4. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
- 5. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and add them to the mixture.
- 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the tray.
- 8. Bake the mixture in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Take the tray out of the oven and turn the baked sheet onto a board.
- 10. Carefully peel the baking paper off the sheet.
- 11. Wash the tomatoes and slice them thinly.
- 12. Break off the head lettuce leaves from the core and wash them.
- 13. Divide the baked sheet into two halves.
- 14. Top each half with lettuce leaves, cooked ham, and tomato slices.
- 15. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
- 16. Fold the sheets together to form the wraps.
- 17. Cut each wrap into four equal pieces.
- 18. Sprinkle the wraps with cress.
- 19. Serve the wraps immediately.
