  2. 2. Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and wash it thoroughly.
  3. 3. Cut the cauliflower into florets of about 1 centimeter.
  4. 4. Place the cauliflower florets into a baking dish.
  5. 5. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of oil over the cauliflower.
  6. 6. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Place the baking dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  9. 9. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  10. 10. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
  11. 11. Sauté the minced meat for 5 minutes until crumbly.
  12. 12. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan.
  13. 13. Continue to cook the vegetable mix for 2 minutes.
  14. 14. Stir the tomato paste into the meat.
  15. 15. Sprinkle paprika powder and chili over the mixture.
  16. 16. Deglaze the meat with broth and sour cream.
  17. 17. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  18. 18. Finally season the sauce with salt and pepper.
