🍰 Low-Carb Brownies with Beans

Ingredients
- Kidney beans 400 g
- Chocolate, dark 200 g
- Soft dates, dried and pitted 80 g
- Cocoa powder 40 g
- Salt pinch
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Oil 20 ml
- Almonds, ground 200 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a baking dish with baking paper.
- 3. Drain the kidney beans in a sieve.
- 4. Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
- 5. Put the chocolate pieces into the mixing container.
- 6. Chop the chocolate for 10 seconds on speed 8.
- 7. Remove the chopped chocolate from the container and set it aside.
- 8. Add the drained beans and the dates to the mixing container.
- 9. Chop the beans and dates for 20 seconds on speed 5.
- 10. Push the mixture down from the sides with a spatula.
- 11. Add the cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, the eggs, the oil, half of the chopped chocolate, the ground almonds, and the baking powder.
- 12. Mix everything for 30 seconds on speed 4.
- 13. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared dish.
- 14. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate over the batter.
- 15. Bake the brownies for about 20 minutes in the hot oven.
- 16. Let the brownies cool down completely in the dish.
- 17. Cut the cooled brownies into pieces.
