🍳 Low-Carb Rolls with Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Quark, skimmed 250 g
- Chia seeds 60 g
- Almonds, ground 200 g
- Baking powder 1 packet
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pumpkin seeds 8 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the eggs and the quark into the mixing container.
- 2. Mix the ingredients for 15 seconds on speed 4.
- 3. Push the mixture down with a spatula.
- 4. Add the chia seeds, the almonds, the baking powder, and the salt.
- 5. Stir everything for 30 seconds on speed 3.
- 6. Transfer the dough into a bowl.
- 7. Let the dough swell for about 30 minutes.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 9. Divide the dough into 8 portions using the spatula.
- 10. Shape the portions into rolls with moist hands.
- 11. Sprinkle the rolls with pumpkin seeds.
- 12. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 13. Bake the rolls for about 30 minutes.
- 14. Serve the rolls lukewarm or cooled down.
