  1. 1. Wash the orange thoroughly and use a peeler to cut four thin strips of peel.
  2. 2. In long drink glasses, pour 3 cl Pinot Noir vermouth and 2 cl freshly squeezed orange juice. Fill the glasses to the brim with ice cubes, then top up with champagne. Garnish with the orange peels and a cinnamon stick. Cheers!
