  1. 1. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  2. 2. Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds.
  3. 3. Wash the ginger thoroughly.
  4. 4. Slice the ginger into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Shape the ginger slices into strips.
  6. 6. Pour 3 cl of cherry nectar into a longdrink glass.
  7. 7. Add 3 cl of orange juice drink.
  8. 8. Add 1 cl of elderflower syrup to the glass.
  9. 9. Add 1 cl of lemon juice to the glass.
  10. 10. Pour 4 cl of Wild Burrow Irish Gin into the glass.
  11. 11. Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.
  12. 12. Top up the drink with Light Tonic Water.
  13. 13. Garnish the drink with the pomegranate seeds.
  14. 14. Garnish the drink with the ginger strips.
