🥤 Refreshing Longdrink with Pomegranate and Wild Burrow Irish Gin

Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- pomegranate 1 pc.
- ginger, fresh 5 g
- sour cherry nectar 12 tbsp
- orange juice drink 12 tbsp
- elderflower syrup 4 tbsp
- gin, Wild Burrow Irish 16 tbsp
- ice cubes 200 g
- Tonic Water, Light 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds.
- 3. Wash the ginger thoroughly.
- 4. Slice the ginger into thin rounds.
- 5. Shape the ginger slices into strips.
- 6. Pour 3 cl of cherry nectar into a longdrink glass.
- 7. Add 3 cl of orange juice drink.
- 8. Add 1 cl of elderflower syrup to the glass.
- 9. Add 1 cl of lemon juice to the glass.
- 10. Pour 4 cl of Wild Burrow Irish Gin into the glass.
- 11. Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.
- 12. Top up the drink with Light Tonic Water.
- 13. Garnish the drink with the pomegranate seeds.
- 14. Garnish the drink with the ginger strips.
