🍰 Crunchy Linzer Cookies

Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- sugar 80 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 100 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- hazelnut kernels, ground 150 g
- salt pinch
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- raspberry jam 100 g
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Add butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, hazelnuts, salt, and cinnamon to a bowl.
- 3. Mix the ingredients and knead the dough thoroughly.
- 4. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 5. Dust a work surface with flour and roll out the dough to about 3 millimeters thick.
- 6. Cut out 5-centimeter circles from the dough.
- 7. Take half of the cookies and cut out small stars from the center.
- 8. Place the cookies on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- 9. Bake the cookies one after another in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 10. Remove the cookies when they are crunchy.
- 11. Spread jam onto the lukewarm cookies.
- 12. Place the star-cutout cookies on top.
- 13. Let the cookies cool down completely.
- 14. Dust the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
- 15. Serve the Linzer cookies and enjoy them.
