  1. 1. Rinse the lentils thoroughly under running water in a sieve.
  2. 2. Place the lentils in a pot and cover them with about 600 ml of cold water.
  3. 3. Bring the water to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and cook the lentils for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Check if the lentils are al dente and remove the pot from the heat.
  6. 6. Wash the pears thoroughly.
  7. 7. Quarter the pears.
  8. 8. Remove the core and seeds from the pear quarters.
  9. 9. Cut the pear flesh into small pieces.
  10. 10. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
  11. 11. Remove the pit of the avocado.
  12. 12. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  13. 13. Cut the avocado flesh into strips.
  14. 14. Wash the lemon.
  15. 15. Cut the lemon in half.
  16. 16. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  17. 17. Put the olive oil into a bowl.
  18. 18. Add 6 tablespoons of lemon juice to the oil.
  19. 19. Add honey, salt, pepper, cumin, and cinnamon to the bowl.
  20. 20. Mix the ingredients for the dressing thoroughly.
  21. 21. Add the pear and avocado pieces to the lentils in the pot.
  22. 22. Pour the dressing over the mixture.
  23. 23. Mix everything well together.
  24. 24. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
  25. 25. Plate the salad.
