  1. 1. Rinse the lime under hot water.
  2. 2. Grate about 1 teaspoon of the lime peel.
  3. 3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Mix the lime zest, juice, oil, and salt in a bowl.
  5. 5. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry.
  6. 6. Place the chicken breasts in the lime-oil marinade.
  7. 7. Bring about 3 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
  8. 8. Wash the beans and trim the ends.
  9. 9. Cut the beans diagonally in half.
  10. 10. Cook the beans in the boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.
  11. 11. Drain the beans in a sieve, reserving the cooking water.
  12. 12. Rinse the beans under cold water.
  13. 13. Rinse the rosemary and shake it dry.
  14. 14. Bring 300 ml of broth to a boil with the rosemary in a pot.
  15. 15. Remove the pot from the heat.
  16. 16. Stir in the couscous.
  17. 17. Let the couscous sit covered for about 10 minutes to absorb the liquid.
  18. 18. Heat a pan without fat over high heat.
  19. 19. Fry the chicken for about 4 minutes on each side.
  20. 20. Reduce the heat to low to medium.
  21. 21. Cook the chicken for about 15 more minutes, turning occasionally.
  22. 22. Fry the bacon in another pot for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
  23. 23. Deglaze the bacon with 100 ml of vegetable broth.
  24. 24. Mix the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of cold water in a bowl.
  25. 25. Add the cream cheese and the cornstarch mixture to the sauce.
  26. 26. Stir the sauce well.
  27. 27. Add the beans to the sauce.
  28. 28. Season the beans with pepper.
  29. 29. Cook the beans for about 2 more minutes.
  30. 30. Remove the rosemary from the couscous.
  31. 31. Season the couscous with salt and pepper.
  32. 32. Serve the lime chicken, creamy bacon beans, and rosemary couscous on plates.
