🥤 Colorful Vodka Jelly Shots

Ingredients

• leaf gelatin 4 pcs.
• apple juice 350 ml
• sugar 2 tbsp.
• vodka 150 ml
• food coloring, red 1 tsp.
• food coloring, yellow 1 tsp.
• food coloring, blue 1 tsp.

Instructions

1. 1. Place the gelatin in a bowl and cover it with cold water. Let the gelatin soak for five minutes.
2. 2. Warm the apple juice together with the sugar in a pot. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
3. 3. Squeeze the soaked gelatin slightly to remove excess water. Add the gelatin to the warm apple juice and stir until it has completely dissolved.
4. 4. Remove the pot from the heat. Stir the vodka into the liquid.
5. 5. Divide the jelly mixture into three separate bowls.
6. 6. Add a different food coloring to each bowl. Stir each portion vigorously until the color is evenly distributed.
7. 7. Pour the colored mixtures into small shot glasses. Distribute the liquid evenly among the glasses.
8. 8. Place the glasses in the refrigerator. Let the jelly cool and set for about four hours.
