🍽️ Leberkäse-Burger with Coleslaw

Ingredients
- White cabbage 0.25 pc.
- Carrots 2 pc.
- Spring onions 2 pc.
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
- Yogurt, plain 4 tbsp.
- Honey 0.5 tsp.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Sunflower oil 1 tbsp.
- Liverwurst 4 pc.
- Pretzel rolls 4 pc.
- Mustard 4 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Quarter the cabbage and remove the outer leaves.
- 2. Cut out the hard core from the cabbage.
- 3. Cut the cabbage into thin strips or use a grater.
- 4. Place the cut cabbage into a bowl.
- 5. Knead the cabbage with your hands for about 2 minutes.
- 6. Peel the carrots and cut off the ends.
- 7. Grate the carrots coarsely.
- 8. Wash the spring onions and pat them dry.
- 9. Cut off the root ends of the spring onions.
- 10. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 11. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, and honey in a separate bowl.
- 12. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
- 13. Add the prepared cabbage, carrots, and spring onions to the sauce.
- 14. Set the coleslaw aside until serving.
- 15. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium to high heat.
- 16. Fry the liver sausage for about 3 minutes per side.
- 17. Slice the buns open.
- 18. Spread the buns thinly with mustard.
- 19. Place the fried liver sausage on the bottom bun halves.
- 20. Taste the coleslaw one last time and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 21. Distribute the coleslaw over the liver sausage.
- 22. Place the top bun halves on top.
- 23. Serve the leberkäse burgers with coleslaw.
