🍰 Fluffy Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients
- butter 130 g
- sugar 130 g
- chocolate, dark 120 g
- eggs 4 pcs.
- salt pinch
- wheat flour, Type 405 50 g
- powdered sugar 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Grease four ovenproof molds with a little butter.
- 3. Dust the greased molds with sugar.
- 4. Roughly chop 120 grams of chocolate into small pieces.
- 5. Place 120 grams of butter and the chocolate pieces in a saucepan.
- 6. Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat.
- 7. Whisk four eggs, a pinch of salt, and 120 grams of sugar in a bowl using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
- 8. Slowly stir the melted chocolate butter into the egg mixture.
- 9. Sift 50 grams of flour over the mixture.
- 10. Gently fold in the flour until a smooth batter forms.
- 11. Divide the batter evenly among the four molds.
- 12. Bake the cakes in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- 13. Carefully turn out the lava cakes from the molds.
- 14. Dust the cakes with powdered sugar.
- 15. Serve the cakes immediately, preferably with vanilla ice cream.
