  3. 3. Dust the greased molds with sugar.
  4. 4. Roughly chop 120 grams of chocolate into small pieces.
  5. 5. Place 120 grams of butter and the chocolate pieces in a saucepan.
  6. 6. Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat.
  7. 7. Whisk four eggs, a pinch of salt, and 120 grams of sugar in a bowl using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
  8. 8. Slowly stir the melted chocolate butter into the egg mixture.
  9. 9. Sift 50 grams of flour over the mixture.
  10. 10. Gently fold in the flour until a smooth batter forms.
  11. 11. Divide the batter evenly among the four molds.
  12. 12. Bake the cakes in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Carefully turn out the lava cakes from the molds.
  14. 14. Dust the cakes with powdered sugar.
  15. 15. Serve the cakes immediately, preferably with vanilla ice cream.
