🍽️ Warm Tomato and Arugula Salad on Protein Bread with Mozzarella

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 500 g
- Arugula 100 g
- Mini mozzarella balls 120 g
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Light balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- Egg white bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the washed cherry tomatoes.
- 3. Wash the arugula (arugula is a type of leafy green salad).
- 4. Drain the arugula well.
- 5. Place the mozzarella in a sieve.
- 6. Let the mozzarella drain.
- 7. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- 8. Add the halved tomatoes to the hot pan.
- 9. Warm the tomatoes gently in the pan.
- 10. Add honey to the tomatoes.
- 11. Add balsamic vinegar to the tomatoes.
- 12. Season the tomatoes with salt.
- 13. Season the tomatoes with pepper.
- 14. Slice the protein bread.
- 15. Place the arugula on the protein bread slices.
- 16. Distribute the warm tomatoes over the arugula.
- 17. Garnish the salad with mozzarella balls.
