🍽️ Warm Brussels Sprout Snack with Shrimp

Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts, fresh 500 g
- Pepper, red 1 pc.
- Spring onions 0.5 bunch
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Mango 1 pc.
- Organic limes 1 pc.
- Sunflower oil 4 tbsp
- Party shrimp 200 g
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts.
- 3. Quarter the Brussels sprouts.
- 4. Wash the bell pepper.
- 5. Halve the bell pepper.
- 6. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 7. Dice the bell pepper.
- 8. Rinse the spring onions.
- 9. Dry the spring onions.
- 10. Trim the root ends of the spring onions.
- 11. Slice the spring onions into rings.
- 12. Peel the garlic.
- 13. Finely chop the garlic.
- 14. Peel the mango.
- 15. Cut the flesh away from the mango pit.
- 16. Dice the mango flesh.
- 17. Wash the lime.
- 18. Halve the lime.
- 19. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 20. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
- 21. Sauté the Brussels sprouts for about 4 minutes.
- 22. Add the shrimp, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan.
- 23. Cook the ingredients for another 3 minutes.
- 24. Deglaze the pan with lime juice, soy sauce, and honey.
- 25. Add the mango and spring onions to the pan.
- 26. Mix everything well.
- 27. Season with salt and pepper.
- 28. Serve the salad on plates.
