  4. 4. Wash the bell pepper.
  5. 5. Halve the bell pepper.
  6. 6. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  7. 7. Dice the bell pepper.
  8. 8. Rinse the spring onions.
  9. 9. Dry the spring onions.
  10. 10. Trim the root ends of the spring onions.
  11. 11. Slice the spring onions into rings.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic.
  13. 13. Finely chop the garlic.
  14. 14. Peel the mango.
  15. 15. Cut the flesh away from the mango pit.
  16. 16. Dice the mango flesh.
  17. 17. Wash the lime.
  18. 18. Halve the lime.
  19. 19. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  20. 20. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
  21. 21. Sauté the Brussels sprouts for about 4 minutes.
  22. 22. Add the shrimp, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan.
  23. 23. Cook the ingredients for another 3 minutes.
  24. 24. Deglaze the pan with lime juice, soy sauce, and honey.
  25. 25. Add the mango and spring onions to the pan.
  26. 26. Mix everything well.
  27. 27. Season with salt and pepper.
  28. 28. Serve the salad on plates.
