  1. 1. In a large pot, bring about 4 liters of salted water to a boil and cover. In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard well and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Thoroughly wash the radicchio and romaine lettuce, drain, and quarter lengthwise. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the salad for about 3 minutes on all sides. Add the garlic and fry for another 1 minute.
  3. 3. Cook the gnocchi in the boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Then drain and let drip dry. Meanwhile, grate the Parmesan. In the bowl, mix the fried salad with the salami slices and the gnocchi. Serve garnished with Parmesan. Enjoy your meal!
