  1. 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Take the feta cheese slices out of the package and let them drain briefly.
  3. 3. Divide each individual feta cheese slice into four equal pieces.
  4. 4. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
  5. 5. Cut off the hard ends of the tomatoes.
  6. 6. Cut the tomatoes horizontally through the middle so that you get two flat slices per tomato.
  7. 7. Peel off the outer leaves of the spring onions and wash them.
  8. 8. Shake the spring onions dry to remove excess water.
  9. 9. Cut off the hard root ends of the spring onions.
  10. 10. Slice the spring onions into fine, thin rings.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic cloves of their skin.
  12. 12. Slice the garlic into very thin slices.
  13. 13. Take a baking dish and brush the inside with some olive oil.
  14. 14. Place the prepared tomato slices next to each other in the baking dish.
  15. 15. Season the tomatoes with a pinch of salt.
  16. 16. Season the tomatoes additionally with freshly ground pepper.
  17. 17. Distribute the four feta pieces evenly over the tomato slices.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the cut spring onions over the entire dish.
  19. 19. Distribute the garlic slices evenly over the top.
  20. 20. Drizzle a little more olive oil over everything.
  21. 21. Season the surface once more lightly with salt.
  22. 22. Add a pinch of pepper.
  23. 23. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
