🍽️ Warm Feta Salad with Tomatoes and Garlic

Ingredients
- Feta 300 g
- Beef tomatoes 4 pcs
- Spring onions 1 bunch
- Garlic cloves 4 pcs
- Olive oil 8 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take the feta cheese slices out of the package and let them drain briefly.
- 3. Divide each individual feta cheese slice into four equal pieces.
- 4. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
- 5. Cut off the hard ends of the tomatoes.
- 6. Cut the tomatoes horizontally through the middle so that you get two flat slices per tomato.
- 7. Peel off the outer leaves of the spring onions and wash them.
- 8. Shake the spring onions dry to remove excess water.
- 9. Cut off the hard root ends of the spring onions.
- 10. Slice the spring onions into fine, thin rings.
- 11. Peel the garlic cloves of their skin.
- 12. Slice the garlic into very thin slices.
- 13. Take a baking dish and brush the inside with some olive oil.
- 14. Place the prepared tomato slices next to each other in the baking dish.
- 15. Season the tomatoes with a pinch of salt.
- 16. Season the tomatoes additionally with freshly ground pepper.
- 17. Distribute the four feta pieces evenly over the tomato slices.
- 18. Sprinkle the cut spring onions over the entire dish.
- 19. Distribute the garlic slices evenly over the top.
- 20. Drizzle a little more olive oil over everything.
- 21. Season the surface once more lightly with salt.
- 22. Add a pinch of pepper.
- 23. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
