  1. 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.
  2. 2. Cut the mango flesh into wedges.
  3. 3. Halve the pomegranate.
  4. 4. Tap out the seeds from the skin with a spoon.
  5. 5. Peel the pineapple.
  6. 6. Quarter the pineapple lengthwise.
  7. 7. Remove the core.
  8. 8. Cut the pineapple into pieces.
  9. 9. Peel the banana.
  10. 10. Slice the banana.
  11. 11. Peel the ginger.
  12. 12. Chop the ginger finely.
  13. 13. Halve the lime.
  14. 14. Squeeze out the lime juice.
  15. 15. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  16. 16. Melt the butter in the pan.
  17. 17. Add the ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar.
  18. 18. Roast the spices for about 2 minutes.
  19. 19. Add all fruits except the pomegranate seeds to the pan.
  20. 20. Sauté the fruits for about 3 minutes on all sides.
