🍰 Warm Exotic Fruit Salad with Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Mango 1 pc.
- Pomegranate 0.5 pc.
- Pineapple 0.5 pc.
- Bananas 2 pc.
- Ginger, fresh 25 g
- Organic limes 1 pc.
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Vanilla sugar 4 tsp
- Vanilla ice cream 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 2. Cut the mango flesh into wedges.
- 3. Halve the pomegranate.
- 4. Tap out the seeds from the skin with a spoon.
- 5. Peel the pineapple.
- 6. Quarter the pineapple lengthwise.
- 7. Remove the core.
- 8. Cut the pineapple into pieces.
- 9. Peel the banana.
- 10. Slice the banana.
- 11. Peel the ginger.
- 12. Chop the ginger finely.
- 13. Halve the lime.
- 14. Squeeze out the lime juice.
- 15. Heat a pan over medium heat.
- 16. Melt the butter in the pan.
- 17. Add the ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar.
- 18. Roast the spices for about 2 minutes.
- 19. Add all fruits except the pomegranate seeds to the pan.
- 20. Sauté the fruits for about 3 minutes on all sides.
- 21. Drizzle the fruits with the lime juice.
- 22. Fill the warm fruit salad into bowls.
- 23. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
- 24. Sprinkle the salad with the pomegranate seeds.
- 25. Enjoy your meal!
