  1. 1. Cut the dry pretzel rolls into small cubes.
  2. 2. Warm the milk in a pot over medium heat.
  3. 3. Place the pretzel cubes and the hot milk into a bowl.
  4. 4. Let the mixture soak for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Halve the onions and peel off the skin.
  6. 6. Dice the onions into fine pieces.
  7. 7. Dice the belly bacon if you have some.
  8. 8. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water.
  9. 9. Strip the parsley leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a frying pan over medium heat.
  11. 11. Fry the onions and belly bacon until golden brown.
  12. 12. Add the fried mixture to the soaked pretzel cubes.
  13. 13. Wipe the pan clean with a kitchen paper towel.
  14. 14. Add the eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper to the pretzel cubes.
  15. 15. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  16. 16. Shape the mixture into uniform patties using your hands.
  17. 17. Heat the remaining ghee in the same pan over high heat.
  18. 18. Fry the pretzel patties for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  19. 19. Serve the finished pretzel patties on plates.
