  2. 2. Wash the basil thoroughly and dry the leaves well.
  3. 3. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  4. 4. Finely chop the basil leaves and macadamia nuts together.
  5. 5. Mix the nut and basil mixture in a bowl with softened butter.
  6. 6. Season the butter mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Wash the apples and remove the core.
  8. 8. Fill the apples with the nut butter mixture.
  9. 9. Place the stuffed apples in the oven and bake them for about 35 minutes.
  10. 10. Rinse the lamb fillet under cold water.
  11. 11. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  12. 12. Rub the lamb fillet with salt, pepper, and marjoram.
  13. 13. Heat oil in a pan on high heat.
  14. 14. Sear the lamb fillets on all sides for about 4 minutes.
