  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (convection). Cut the onion and slice one half into thin rings. Dice the other half finely. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and slice it into rings.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the diced onion with the ground meat and tomato sauce. Season the mixture generously with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  3. 3. Roll out the pizza doughs, divide them into four pieces, and lightly flatten them on a floured work surface. Place the dough pieces on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and spread the meat mixture over them. Top with the pepper rings and bake for about 12 minutes in the oven.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes and slice them thinly. Remove the lahmacun from the oven and top with the tomato slices and onion rings. Serve with a splash of yogurt.
