🍽️ Salmon Tartare Towers with Potato Rösti

Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly waxy 400 g
- eggs 1 pc.
- wheat flour, Type 405 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oil 4 tbsp
- salad mix 50 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- vinegar 1 tsp
- mustard 0.5 tsp
- salmon tartare 100 g
- sour cream horseradish 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and grate them coarsely into a bowl. Then squeeze out the liquid with your hand and drain. In another bowl, mix the grated potatoes well with eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat and fry patties about 5 cm in size from the potato mixture golden brown on both sides. Place the finished rösti on a plate lined with kitchen paper.
- 3. Wash the salad and spin it dry in a salad spinner. In a bowl, mix vinegar, olive oil, and mustard well and season with salt and pepper. Then mix the salad with the dressing.
- 4. Arrange the potato rösti on plates and place some salmon tartare on each. Top with the salad and serve with sour cream horseradish. Enjoy your meal!
