  1. 1. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and grate them coarsely into a bowl. Then squeeze out the liquid with your hand and drain. In another bowl, mix the grated potatoes well with eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat and fry patties about 5 cm in size from the potato mixture golden brown on both sides. Place the finished rösti on a plate lined with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Wash the salad and spin it dry in a salad spinner. In a bowl, mix vinegar, olive oil, and mustard well and season with salt and pepper. Then mix the salad with the dressing.
  4. 4. Arrange the potato rösti on plates and place some salmon tartare on each. Top with the salad and serve with sour cream horseradish. Enjoy your meal!
