  1. 1. Ideally, thaw the salmon overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Then rinse the fish thoroughly.
  3. 3. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Cut the salmon into cubes.
  5. 5. Wash the zucchini.
  6. 6. Cut off the ends of the zucchini.
  7. 7. Slice the zucchini into rounds about 2 cm thick.
  8. 8. Cut each zucchini slice in half.
  9. 9. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  10. 10. Cut the lemon into wedges.
  11. 11. Thread the ingredients alternately with bay leaves onto 8 skewers.
  12. 12. Mix oil with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  13. 13. Brush the skewers on all sides with the oil mixture.
  14. 14. Cook the skewers on the grill for about 12 minutes.
  15. 15. Turn the skewers regularly while grilling.
  16. 16. Alternatively, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  17. 17. Fry the skewers in the pan for approx. 15 minutes.
  18. 18. Serve the skewers with the lemon.
  19. 19. Enjoy the dish immediately.
