🍽️ Salmon Skewers

Ingredients
- salmon fillet, frozen 600 g
- zucchini 1 pc.
- lemons 1 pc.
- bay leaves, dried 8 pc.
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- sea salt pinch
- pepper, mixed pinch
Instructions
- 1. Ideally, thaw the salmon overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Then rinse the fish thoroughly.
- 3. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the salmon into cubes.
- 5. Wash the zucchini.
- 6. Cut off the ends of the zucchini.
- 7. Slice the zucchini into rounds about 2 cm thick.
- 8. Cut each zucchini slice in half.
- 9. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 10. Cut the lemon into wedges.
- 11. Thread the ingredients alternately with bay leaves onto 8 skewers.
- 12. Mix oil with salt and pepper in a bowl.
- 13. Brush the skewers on all sides with the oil mixture.
- 14. Cook the skewers on the grill for about 12 minutes.
- 15. Turn the skewers regularly while grilling.
- 16. Alternatively, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 17. Fry the skewers in the pan for approx. 15 minutes.
- 18. Serve the skewers with the lemon.
- 19. Enjoy the dish immediately.
