  1. 1. Ideally, thaw the salmon fillet overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
  4. 4. Place the potatoes into the cooking insert.
  5. 5. Hang the cooking insert with the potatoes into the mixing bowl.
  6. 6. Add water and 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixing bowl.
  7. 7. Steam the potatoes for 10 minutes on the steam cooking setting.
  8. 8. Wash the green beans thoroughly in the meantime.
  9. 9. Place the washed green beans into the deep steam cooking basket.
  10. 10. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  11. 11. Rinse the salmon fillet and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  12. 12. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  13. 13. Place the seasoned salmon into the shallow steam cooking basket.
  14. 14. Place the steam cooking baskets with the beans and salmon onto the mixing bowl.
  15. 15. Close the steam cooker securely.
  16. 16. Steam the dish for another 20 minutes on the steam cooking setting.
  17. 17. Wash the dill in the meantime.
  18. 18. Shake the dill dry.
  19. 19. Remove the thick stems from the dill.
  20. 20. Finely chop the dill.
  21. 21. Remove the steam cooking baskets after the cooking time is finished.
  22. 22. Set the steam cooking baskets aside, keeping them closed to keep the food warm.
  23. 23. Remove the cooking insert containing the potatoes.
  24. 24. Keep the potatoes warm.
  25. 25. Empty the mixing bowl.
  26. 26. Collect 150 milliliters of the cooking liquid in the process.
  27. 27. Add cream cheese, the collected cooking liquid, the chopped dill, and a little lemon juice to the mixing bowl.
  28. 28. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on setting 2.
  29. 29. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  30. 30. Plate the salmon.
  31. 31. Serve the warm potatoes and green beans alongside the salmon fillets.
  32. 32. Serve with the dill sauce and enjoy your meal.
