  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Wash the parsley and dry it thoroughly.
  4. 4. Strip the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely as well.
  5. 5. Wash the lemon thoroughly under hot water.
  6. 6. Finely grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
  7. 7. Place the garlic, parsley, and lemon zest into a bowl.
  8. 8. Mix the ingredients with olive oil to create a marinade.
  9. 9. Rinse the salmon fillet briefly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  10. 10. Season the salmon with salt.
  11. 11. Cover the salmon completely with the lemon marinade.
  12. 12. Let the fish marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  13. 13. Place the salmon with the marinade on the hot grill.
  14. 14. Grill the fish for about 10 minutes, turning it regularly.
  15. 15. Serve the salmon grilled as desired, or pan-fried if you prefer.
