🍽️ Mediterranean Lemon Salmon on the Grill

Ingredients
- salmon fillet, frozen 600 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 25 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- olive oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Ideally, thaw the salmon fillet overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 3. Wash the parsley and dry it thoroughly.
- 4. Strip the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely as well.
- 5. Wash the lemon thoroughly under hot water.
- 6. Finely grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
- 7. Place the garlic, parsley, and lemon zest into a bowl.
- 8. Mix the ingredients with olive oil to create a marinade.
- 9. Rinse the salmon fillet briefly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Season the salmon with salt.
- 11. Cover the salmon completely with the lemon marinade.
- 12. Let the fish marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 13. Place the salmon with the marinade on the hot grill.
- 14. Grill the fish for about 10 minutes, turning it regularly.
- 15. Serve the salmon grilled as desired, or pan-fried if you prefer.
