  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Allow the frozen spinach to thaw completely.
  3. 3. Take 100 grams of butter out of the fridge to let it soften.
  4. 4. Mix the softened butter in a bowl with salt, flour, and two to three tablespoons of cold water.
  5. 5. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Roll out the dough flat.
  7. 7. Grease a pie dish with a diameter of about 28 to 30 centimeters.
  8. 8. Place the dough in the dish and press it firmly against the edges.
  9. 9. Place the prepared dough dish in the refrigerator for a while.
  10. 10. Halve the onions and remove the skin.
  11. 11. Cut the onions into small cubes.
  12. 12. Heat the remaining butter in a pan over medium heat.
  13. 13. Sauté the onion cubes for about two minutes until they are translucent.
  14. 14. Squeeze the thawed spinach well to remove excess water.
  15. 15. Add the squeezed spinach to the pan and heat it for about two minutes.
  16. 16. Season the spinach and onion mixture with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Drain the mozzarella.
  18. 18. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.
  19. 19. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  20. 20. Pluck the dill leaves from the stems.
  21. 21. Finely chop the dill leaves.
  22. 22. Whisk the eggs, sour cream, milk, chopped dill, salt, and pepper together in a separate bowl.
  23. 23. Take the dough dish out of the refrigerator.
  24. 24. Spread the spinach and onion mixture evenly over the dough base.
  25. 25. Place the salmon pieces on top of the spinach layer.
  26. 26. Sprinkle the mozzarella pieces over the salmon.
  27. 27. Pour the egg cream mixture carefully over everything.
  28. 28. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for about 45 to 50 minutes.
  29. 29. Cut the finished tart into pieces and serve it hot or cold.
