  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat). Wash the courgette, cut off the ends and peel it with a vegetable peeler into long strips. Wash the dill, shake it dry and pluck off the tips. Halve the onion, peel it and cut it into thin strips.
  2. 2. Moisten the baguettes slightly with your hands and bake them in the oven for about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together crème fraîche, mustard and honey in a bowl.
  3. 3. Slice the baked baguettes in half, but do not cut all the way through, and spread them with the honey-mustard sauce to taste. Place the salmon in the baguettes and garnish with courgette, onion and dill. Enjoy your meal!
