🍽️ Salmon Sandwich with Honey-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- Courgettes 1 pc.
- Dill, fresh 20 g
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Baguette 2 pcs.
- Crème fraîche 150 g
- Mustard 2 tbsp
- Honey 2 tsp
- Salmon, cured 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat). Wash the courgette, cut off the ends and peel it with a vegetable peeler into long strips. Wash the dill, shake it dry and pluck off the tips. Halve the onion, peel it and cut it into thin strips.
- 2. Moisten the baguettes slightly with your hands and bake them in the oven for about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together crème fraîche, mustard and honey in a bowl.
- 3. Slice the baked baguettes in half, but do not cut all the way through, and spread them with the honey-mustard sauce to taste. Place the salmon in the baguettes and garnish with courgette, onion and dill. Enjoy your meal!
