🍳 Herb Salmon Omelette with Avocado

Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pcs
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Dill, fresh 10 g
- Cress 10 g
- Eggs 8 pcs
- Milk 5 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Butter 4 tsp
- Salmon, cured 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
- 2. Scoop the flesh out of the skin carefully with a spoon.
- 3. Cut the avocado flesh into thin strips.
- 4. Rinse the parsley and dill under running water.
- 5. Pat the herbs dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 7. Chop the herbs roughly.
- 8. Put the cress, parsley, and dill into a bowl.
- 9. Mix the herbs well together.
- 10. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 11. Add the milk to the eggs.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 13. Stir everything vigorously until well whisked.
- 14. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 15. Melt one teaspoon of butter in the pan.
- 16. Pour a quarter of the egg mixture into the hot pan.
- 17. Cook the omelette for about two minutes until it sets.
- 18. Carefully flip the omelette.
- 19. Cook the other side for another minute or so.
- 20. Remove the finished omelette from the pan.
- 21. Repeat the process for the remaining omelettes.
- 22. Place the mixed herbs on the omelettes.
- 23. Distribute the avocado strips on top.
- 24. Add the salmon as a topping.
- 25. Plate the omelettes.
- 26. Enjoy your meal!
