🍽️ Salmon with Avocado Salsa and Basmati Rice

Ingredients
- Basmati rice 300 g
- Salt pinch
- Oil for frying 1 tsp
- Salmon fillet with skin 1 kg
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Avocado 4 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes 200 g
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Olive oil 2 tsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Put the rice together with water and a pinch of salt in a small pot and bring everything to a boil. Put the lid on, reduce the heat to medium and let the rice swell for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Add a hint of olive oil to the pan. Fry the salmon fillet on both sides for 4-5 minutes each. Start on the meat side until a golden crust forms, then turn it to the skin side and fry for another 4-5 minutes. After turning, add 2-3 lemon slices to the pan.
- 3. Cut the avocados in half and dice them. Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half as well and grate the garlic finely. Mix everything with olive oil, salt and pepper to make a salsa. Enjoy your meal!
