  1. 1. Best to thaw the salmon overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection). Wash the broccoli thoroughly, peel the core and separate the florets. Cut the core into coarse cubes. Wash the potatoes well and cut them into thick slices.
  2. 2. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet and mix with 2 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Rinse the salmon and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Wash the lemon and slice it. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp oil with honey and the chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper and marinate the salmon in it.
  4. 4. Place the salmon between the vegetables and place the lemon slices on the salmon. Finish cooking the salmon together with the vegetables in the oven for about 12–15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
