🍳 Crunchy Rolls with Smoked Salmon, Cucumber and Mustard Dip

Ingredients
- dill, fresh 10 g
- cream cheese, plain 200 g
- mustard 1 tbsp
- honey 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- onions, red 1 pc
- mini cucumbers 2 pc
- capers 1 tbsp
- rolls 4 pc
- smoked salmon 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the dill thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the thick stems from the dill.
- 3. Finely chop the dill leaves.
- 4. Take a small bowl.
- 5. Add the cream cheese to the bowl.
- 6. Add the mustard.
- 7. Add the honey.
- 8. Add the chopped dill to the bowl.
- 9. Stir all ingredients well until a creamy mixture forms.
- 10. Season the mustard cream with a pinch of salt.
- 11. Season the mustard cream with freshly ground pepper.
- 12. Take an onion.
- 13. Cut the onion in half.
- 14. Remove the dry skin of the onion.
- 15. Cut the onion into very thin strips.
- 16. Take a cucumber.
- 17. Use a vegetable peeler.
- 18. Slice long, thin strips from the cucumber.
- 19. Take the jar of capers.
- 20. Pour off the liquid from the jar.
- 21. Take the rolls.
- 22. Cut the rolls in half lengthwise.
- 23. Take a spoonful of the mustard cream.
- 24. Spread the mustard cream onto the cut surface of the rolls.
- 25. Place slices of smoked salmon on the rolls.
- 26. Distribute the fine onion strips over the salmon.
- 27. Place the cucumber strips on the rolls.
- 28. Add a few capers as a topping.
- 29. Serve the rolls immediately.
