  3. 3. Spread cream cheese on the bread slices.
  4. 4. Top the bread with the dry spinach.
  5. 5. Place the salmon on the spinach.
  6. 6. Fill a large pot with water.
  7. 7. Add salt and vinegar to the water.
  8. 8. Bring the water to a boil.
  9. 9. Reduce the heat so the water simmers gently.
  10. 10. Crack an egg.
  11. 11. Carefully slide the egg into the simmering water.
  12. 12. Repeat this with the remaining eggs.
  13. 13. Cook the eggs for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the eggs from the water with a slotted spoon.
  15. 15. Place the poached eggs on the salmon bread.
  16. 16. Season the breads with freshly ground pepper to taste.
