🍳 Salmon Bread with Poached Egg

Ingredients
- spinach 50 g
- rye bread 4 slices
- cream cheese, plain 4 tbsp
- smoked salmon 150 g
- salt pinch
- vinegar 2 tsp
- eggs 4 pcs
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the spinach in a salad spinner.
- 3. Spread cream cheese on the bread slices.
- 4. Top the bread with the dry spinach.
- 5. Place the salmon on the spinach.
- 6. Fill a large pot with water.
- 7. Add salt and vinegar to the water.
- 8. Bring the water to a boil.
- 9. Reduce the heat so the water simmers gently.
- 10. Crack an egg.
- 11. Carefully slide the egg into the simmering water.
- 12. Repeat this with the remaining eggs.
- 13. Cook the eggs for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 14. Remove the eggs from the water with a slotted spoon.
- 15. Place the poached eggs on the salmon bread.
- 16. Season the breads with freshly ground pepper to taste.
