🍽️ Honey-Mustard Salmon Balls with Dill

Ingredients
- Dill, fresh 10 g
- Smoked salmon 40 g
- Cream cheese, plain 200 g
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Salt sticks 24 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the dill thoroughly and pat it dry.
- 2. Remove the thick stems from the dill and chop the leaves finely.
- 3. Finely chop the salmon.
- 4. Add cream cheese, breadcrumbs, the chopped dill, mustard, and honey to a bowl.
- 5. Mix these ingredients well together.
- 6. Add the chopped salmon to the mixture.
- 7. Mix everything thoroughly again.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes if the mixture is too soft.
- 10. Use a spoon and your hands to form small balls with a diameter of about 1 cm.
- 11. Insert a salt stick into each ball.
- 12. Keep the balls cool until you serve them.
