  2. 2. Remove the thick stems from the dill and chop the leaves finely.
  3. 3. Finely chop the salmon.
  4. 4. Add cream cheese, breadcrumbs, the chopped dill, mustard, and honey to a bowl.
  5. 5. Mix these ingredients well together.
  6. 6. Add the chopped salmon to the mixture.
  7. 7. Mix everything thoroughly again.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes if the mixture is too soft.
  10. 10. Use a spoon and your hands to form small balls with a diameter of about 1 cm.
  11. 11. Insert a salt stick into each ball.
  12. 12. Keep the balls cool until you serve them.
