🍽️ Turmeric-Ginger Butter

Ingredients
- ginger, fresh 10 g
- organic lemon 1 pc.
- butter 250 g
- turmeric, ground 2 tsp
- orange marmalade 1 tbsp
- salt 0.25 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger.
- 2. Grate the ginger finely.
- 3. Wash the lemon under hot water.
- 4. Finely grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest.
- 5. Cut the butter into large cubes.
- 6. Place the soft butter in a bowl.
- 7. Add the grated ginger.
- 8. Add two teaspoons of turmeric.
- 9. Add the grated lemon zest.
- 10. Add one tablespoon of orange marmalade.
- 11. Mix all ingredients well.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt.
- 13. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 14. Shape the finished butter into a roll.
- 15. Use baking paper or butter paper for this.
- 16. Chill the roll before slicing.
