🍽️ Crunchy Pumpkin Seeds as a Snack

Ingredients
- Hokkaido pumpkin 1 pc.
- oil 1 tbsp.
- bell pepper, sweet 0.5 tsp.
- chili, ground 0.25 tsp.
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pumpkin in half.
- 2. Scrape out the inside with a spoon.
- 3. Separate the flesh from the seeds.
- 4. Place the seeds in a bowl.
- 5. Cover them with water.
- 6. Let them soak for about 8 hours.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 8. Drain the seeds in a sieve.
- 9. Remove any remaining flesh.
- 10. Pat the seeds dry.
- 11. Put the seeds back into a bowl.
- 12. Add one tablespoon of oil.
- 13. Season with paprika powder.
- 14. Add chili.
- 15. Salt to taste.
- 16. Mix everything well.
- 17. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 18. Spread the seeds out on it.
- 19. Bake them for about 20 minutes until crunchy.
- 20. Let them cool down in the oven.
- 21. Serve them as a snack.
