🍽️ Crunchy Pumpkin Seed Crackers

Ingredients
- sunflower seeds 3 tbsp
- pumpkin seeds 225 g
- sesame, white 6 tbsp
- salt pinch
- water 150 ml
- honey 6 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the sunflower seeds.
- 2. Place the chopped sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame, and salt in a bowl.
- 3. Pour in the water and stir everything well.
- 4. Let the mixture soak for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
- 6. Drain any excess water if present.
- 7. Take one-third of the seed mixture and puree it finely in a tall container.
- 8. Mix the puree with the remaining soaked seeds and the honey.
- 9. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 10. Carefully spread the cracker mixture onto the tray.
- 11. Roll the layer out to a thickness of about 3 millimeters.
- 12. Bake the crackers in the oven for approx. 45 minutes.
- 13. Let the crackers cool down for a short while.
- 14. Cut them into small pieces.
- 15. Store them in an airtight container.
- 16. Enjoy them for up to 4 weeks.
