  1. 1. Finely chop the sunflower seeds.
  2. 2. Place the chopped sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Pour in the water and stir everything well.
  4. 4. Let the mixture soak for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  6. 6. Drain any excess water if present.
  7. 7. Take one-third of the seed mixture and puree it finely in a tall container.
  8. 8. Mix the puree with the remaining soaked seeds and the honey.
  9. 9. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  10. 10. Carefully spread the cracker mixture onto the tray.
  11. 11. Roll the layer out to a thickness of about 3 millimeters.
  12. 12. Bake the crackers in the oven for approx. 45 minutes.
  13. 13. Let the crackers cool down for a short while.
  14. 14. Cut them into small pieces.
  15. 15. Store them in an airtight container.
  16. 16. Enjoy them for up to 4 weeks.
