  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Halve the pumpkin, peel it, and remove the seeds as well as the fibrous interior. Coarsely grate the flesh. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into small cubes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the minced meat in it for about 4 minutes. Add the onions and pumpkin and cook everything for another 3 minutes. Season the mixture with marjoram, salt, and pepper and let it cool.
  3. 3. Roll out the pizza dough (the tomato sauce can be used for something else) and cut it into 4 square pieces. Cut these diagonally to make 8 triangles. Place 1 tbsp of the minced meat-pumpkin mixture on the long side of the triangles and carefully roll them up into macaroni shapes.
  4. 4. Place the macaroni on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake them in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Let the pumpkin minced meat macaroni cool slightly and serve with yogurt. Enjoy your meal!
