  6. 6. Wash the pumpkin thoroughly.
  7. 7. Cut off the ends of the pumpkin.
  8. 8. Halve the pumpkin and remove the seeds with a spoon.
  9. 9. Slice the pumpkin halves into rounds about 0.2 centimeters thick.
  10. 10. Wash the pears.
  11. 11. Slice the pears into rounds about 0.2 centimeters thick, cutting down to the core.
  12. 12. Halve the red onion.
  13. 13. Peel the halved onion.
  14. 14. Slice the onion into thin rings.
  15. 15. Unroll the flammkuchen dough along with the baking paper.
  16. 16. Spread the thyme crème fraîche mixture evenly over the dough.
  17. 17. Place the pumpkin slices on the spread dough.
  18. 18. Place the pear slices on top of the pumpkin.
  19. 19. Distribute the onion rings over the flammkuchen.
  20. 20. Drizzle the flammkuchen with one tablespoon of oil.
  21. 21. Season the flammkuchen with salt and pepper.
  22. 22. Place the flammkuchen on a baking sheet.
  23. 23. Bake the flammkuchen in the oven for about 15 minutes.
