  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes into sticks about 1 cm thick.
  4. 4. Toss the potato sticks in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  5. 5. Place the fries on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. 6. Bake the fries in the oven for about 25 minutes until crispy.
  7. 7. Turn the fries after about 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Put the cornflakes into a freezer bag.
  9. 9. Crush the cornflakes with your hands or a rolling pin.
  10. 10. Mix the yogurt in a cup with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  11. 11. Fill a deep plate with about two-thirds of the yogurt.
  12. 12. Put the crumbled cornflakes into a second deep plate.
  13. 13. Rinse the chicken under running water.
  14. 14. Pat the chicken dry.
  15. 15. Halve the chicken horizontally.
  16. 16. Carefully slice the meat with a sharp knife between your palm and the cutting board.
