  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  3. 3. Wash the pears thoroughly.
  4. 4. Remove the stem and the core.
  5. 5. Cut the flesh into cubes of about 1 cm.
  6. 6. Place the pear cubes in a bowl.
  7. 7. Add brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar.
  8. 8. Mix the ingredients well together.
  9. 9. Pour the pear juice and vanilla pudding powder into a pot.
  10. 10. Stir the mixture well.
  11. 11. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  12. 12. Stir the prepared pear filling into the boiling liquid.
  13. 13. Let the filling cool down.
  14. 14. Divide the puff pastry on the baking sheet into 8 rectangles.
  15. 15. Distribute the cooled pear filling onto the dough surfaces.
  16. 16. Cover only one half of each rectangle with the filling.
  17. 17. Fold the empty dough side over the filling.
  18. 18. Press the edges firmly with a fork.
  19. 19. Brush the pockets with a brush using soy drink.
  20. 20. Sprinkle some sugar over them.
  21. 21. Prick the pockets several times with a fork.
  22. 22. Bake the pockets in the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown.

  24. 24. Let it cool down briefly.
