🍽️ Kritharaki Minipasta with Minced Meat Stew

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- zucchini 1 pc.
- thyme, fresh 10 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- minced meat, mixed 300 g
- tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Kritharaki pasta 300 g
- vegetable broth 600 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- feta 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and peel it.
- 2. Peel the garlic.
- 3. Wash the bell pepper.
- 4. Cut the bell pepper in half.
- 5. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 6. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 7. Wash the zucchini.
- 8. Remove the ends of the zucchini.
- 9. Dice the zucchini into small cubes.
- 10. Wash the thyme.
- 11. Shake the thyme dry.
- 12. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems.
- 13. Place the onion, garlic, and thyme into the mixing container.
- 14. Chop the ingredients for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 15. Add the oil and the minced meat.
- 16. Fry the mixture for 5 minutes on the sauté setting.
- 17. Add the tomato paste.
- 18. Add the kritharaki (small rice-shaped pasta).
- 19. Add the vegetable broth.
- 20. Add 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
- 21. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1 in reverse direction.
- 22. Add the prepared bell pepper and zucchini vegetables.
- 23. Cook the mixture for another 10 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1 in reverse direction.
- 24. Place the feta cheese in a sieve to drain.
- 25. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 26. Season the stew with salt and pepper to taste.
- 27. Serve the stew with the feta cheese.
