  3. 3. Wash the bell pepper.
  4. 4. Cut the bell pepper in half.
  5. 5. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  6. 6. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
  7. 7. Wash the zucchini.
  8. 8. Remove the ends of the zucchini.
  9. 9. Dice the zucchini into small cubes.
  10. 10. Wash the thyme.
  11. 11. Shake the thyme dry.
  12. 12. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems.
  13. 13. Place the onion, garlic, and thyme into the mixing container.
  14. 14. Chop the ingredients for 4 seconds on speed 8.
  15. 15. Add the oil and the minced meat.
  16. 16. Fry the mixture for 5 minutes on the sauté setting.
  17. 17. Add the tomato paste.
  18. 18. Add the kritharaki (small rice-shaped pasta).
  19. 19. Add the vegetable broth.
  20. 20. Add 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
  21. 21. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1 in reverse direction.
  22. 22. Add the prepared bell pepper and zucchini vegetables.
  23. 23. Cook the mixture for another 10 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1 in reverse direction.
  24. 24. Place the feta cheese in a sieve to drain.
  25. 25. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  26. 26. Season the stew with salt and pepper to taste.
  27. 27. Serve the stew with the feta cheese.
