Ingredients
- Parsley, fresh 30 g
- Basil, fresh 30 g
- Oil 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the tough stems of the herbs (such as parsley, dill, or basil).
- 2. Place the chopped stems and the oil into a tall container.
- 3. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is very fine and smooth.
- 4. Let the oil stand for about 30 minutes so that the herb particles settle at the bottom.
- 5. Pour the oil through a very fine sieve or a clean cloth to remove any remaining solids.
- 6. Pour the clear green oil into a bottle and store it until you are ready to serve.
