  1. 1. Rinse the lemons thoroughly with hot water, pat dry, and carefully grate about 1 teaspoon of zest from each lemon. Halve all lemons, squeeze out the juice, and measure 300 ml.
  2. 2. Mix the lemon juice, sugar, and water well in a pot, bring to a boil, and let simmer bubbling for about 3 minutes. Then let the mixture cool down to lukewarm.
  3. 3. In the meantime, rinse the herbs and pat them dry well. Add them together with the lemon zest to the lukewarm syrup and let steep for about 2–3 hours.
  4. 4. Strain the lemonade through a sieve, fill into glasses or bottles, and top up with cold sparkling water. Enjoy your herb lemonade! Have fun enjoying!
