🥤 Herb Lemonade

Ingredients
- Lemons 5 pcs
- Sugar 300 g
- Water 100 ml
- Mint, fresh 40 g
- Thyme, fresh 10 g
- Basil, fresh 40 g
- Rosemary, fresh 10 g
- Sparkling water, classic 1 L
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemons thoroughly with hot water, pat dry, and carefully grate about 1 teaspoon of zest from each lemon. Halve all lemons, squeeze out the juice, and measure 300 ml.
- 2. Mix the lemon juice, sugar, and water well in a pot, bring to a boil, and let simmer bubbling for about 3 minutes. Then let the mixture cool down to lukewarm.
- 3. In the meantime, rinse the herbs and pat them dry well. Add them together with the lemon zest to the lukewarm syrup and let steep for about 2–3 hours.
- 4. Strain the lemonade through a sieve, fill into glasses or bottles, and top up with cold sparkling water. Enjoy your herb lemonade! Have fun enjoying!
