Ingredients
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Dill, fresh 10 g
- Thyme, fresh 5 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Organic Lemon 1 pc.
- butter 125 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the herbs under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Remove the thick stems from the herbs.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove.
- 4. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 5. Finely grate about one teaspoon of the orange zest from the lemon.
- 6. Cut the lemon in half.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 8. Place the herbs, garlic, lemon zest, and one tablespoon of lemon juice into the mixing container.
- 9. Puree the ingredients for five seconds on the highest speed (turbo setting).
- 10. Push the mixture down from the sides of the container using a spatula.
- 11. Add the soft butter, salt, and pepper.
- 12. Mix everything for twenty seconds on level four.
- 13. Taste the butter at the end and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- 14. Transfer the finished herb butter into a suitable container.
- 15. Store the butter in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
