Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- dill, fresh 20 g
- chives, fresh 20 g
- butter 250 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Wash the fresh herbs under running water.
- 4. Shake the herbs dry.
- 5. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 6. Finely chop the herbs.
- 7. Take a bowl.
- 8. Add the soft butter to the bowl.
- 9. Add the chopped herbs.
- 10. Add the chopped garlic.
- 11. Season with salt.
- 12. Season with pepper.
- 13. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 14. Taste the butter.
- 15. Adjust the flavor if necessary.
- 16. Take baking paper or wax paper.
- 17. Shape the herb butter into a roll.
- 18. Wrap the roll in the paper.
- 19. Place the roll in the refrigerator.
- 20. Store until serving time.
