🍳 Herb Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- Party Shrimp 200 g
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Eggs 6 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Milk 50 ml
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Goat cheese 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
- 2. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Halve the onion and remove the skin.
- 4. Dice the onion finely.
- 5. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 6. Dry the parsley.
- 7. Remove the thick stems from the parsley.
- 8. Finely chop the parsley.
- 9. Place the eggs in a bowl.
- 10. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
- 11. Add some milk to the eggs.
- 12. Whisk the egg mixture thoroughly with a fork.
- 13. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 14. Sauté the shrimp with the onions for about 1 minute.
- 15. Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp and onions.
- 16. Let the eggs sit for about 30 seconds until they start to set.
- 17. Gently push the egg mixture to the side with a spatula.
- 18. Continue scraping the eggs until they are fully set.
- 19. Ensure the eggs turn a golden color.
- 20. Serve the scrambled eggs with shrimp on plates.
- 21. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over it.
- 22. Serve the dish with goat cheese.
