🍳 Herb-Pistachio Sour Cream

Ingredients
- Pistachios 100 g
- Parsley, fresh 10 bunch
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Dill, fresh 10 g
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Quark 40 % fat in total 250 g
- Sour cream 200 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Remove the pistachios from their shells and chop coarsely. Wash the herbs thoroughly, pat dry, pluck the leaves and finely chop them. Rinse the lemon under hot water, finely grate about 1 tsp of the zest and squeeze out the juice. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the quark and sour cream well. Gently stir in the herbs, garlic and pistachios. Season with salt, pepper, lemon zest and juice. Enjoy your meal!
