  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  7. 7. Place the yogurt in a tall container.
  8. 8. Add the milk to the container.
  9. 9. Add the chopped herbs to the container.
  10. 10. Blend the mixture finely with a hand blender.
  11. 11. Strain the dressing through a fine sieve.
  12. 12. Season the dressing with salt.
  13. 13. Season the dressing with pepper.
  14. 14. Season the dressing with sugar.
  15. 15. Add the lemon juice to the dressing.
  16. 16. Mix everything well to balance the flavor.
