🍽️ Fresh Herb Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
- parsley, fresh 5 g
- dill, fresh 5 g
- lemons 1 tbsp
- yogurt, plain 7 tbsp
- milk 5 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry.
- 3. Remove all thick stems from the herbs.
- 4. Finely chop the herbs.
- 5. Cut the lemon in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 7. Place the yogurt in a tall container.
- 8. Add the milk to the container.
- 9. Add the chopped herbs to the container.
- 10. Blend the mixture finely with a hand blender.
- 11. Strain the dressing through a fine sieve.
- 12. Season the dressing with salt.
- 13. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 14. Season the dressing with sugar.
- 15. Add the lemon juice to the dressing.
- 16. Mix everything well to balance the flavor.
- 17. Pour the dressing over your salad.
- 18. Store the dressing in a closed jar in the refrigerator.
