  1. 1. Chop the cranberries and ham very finely. Wash the parsley thoroughly, pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, chop finely and place on a plate.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the fresh cheese with breadcrumbs, cranberries and ham. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 5–10 minutes, then use a spoon and your hands to form small balls of approximately 1 cm in diameter.
  3. 3. Place the balls on the plate and roll them in the parsley. Insert a salt stick into each ball and keep cool until serving. Enjoy your meal!
